Services we offer

Training consultation and
needs analysis.

A Training Needs Analysis is a questionnaire and or consultation designed to help identify training needs. Responses from the analysis support development of the training plan for course methodology, content and delivery type to the training requirement.

Training course content and development

When developing training content, there is a need to think about the learners' requirements and what type of content would best suit the information regarding training requirement, non-accredited or accredited. Tailoring course content to the skill or knowledge to be obtained, can greatly improve course participant efficiencies in work place performance, self-esteem and confidence.

Training delivery and
assessment

Training delivery can be customised to the non-accredited training requirements as per the consultation process. We also cater for ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) accredited training and assessment requirements through our affiliated RTO.
